jakob arold is a musician, producer and artist from germany, moving between lo-fi, jazz house, film music and whatever feels interesting at the moment.

his band long lost radio released its debut album in 2026, with the record also available on vinyl.

under very noise music, jakob also creates music for advertising and film. his work includes music for campaigns by wgv and hofer, alongside various other commercial projects.

in 2026, he started bloom, a label dedicated to lo-fi music.

he has also been part of kollektiv k, an art and culture association, since 2019 and currently serves as its chair.
